As an executive coach, Adam brings a focused, developmental perspective to his engagements. He works closely with individual leaders to navigate the personal and professional challenges of the C-suite, helping them build the self-awareness, communication skills, and leadership presence necessary to drive organizational impact. By balancing deep empathy with candid feedback, Adam supports leaders in unlocking their full potential while managing the rigorous demands of their roles.
Having held executive roles including CEO, President, and General Manager at different companies,, Adam brings firsthand mastery of board expectations, organizational dynamics, and executive tradeoffs. His engagements span global market leaders such as Adobe, Merrill, and FanDuel, as well as high-growth ventures backed by Google Ventures, Greycroft, and Susquehanna Growth Equity.
Adam holds a Master in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University. Beyond his advisory practice, he is a marathon runner, hobbyist musician, and former Second City comedian. Adam lives in Chicago with his wife and two cats.
