Cara Wilson MA, ACC
Executive & Leadership Team Coach
Cara Wilson, a seasoned organizational and leadership development executive, has spent the last two decades coaching leaders in the healthcare and technology industries. Her strategic approach has earned her access to business leaders across 20 countries in three continents. Known for infusing humor and candor into her coaching, Cara is an expert at making difficult conversations feel manageable.
During her time in healthcare, Cara dedicated nearly 10 years to coaching physician leaders and hospital administrators at esteemed institutions like the Cleveland Clinic and Akron General. Cara is best remembered for spearheading transformations in physician leadership and role clarity that resulted in a 10% increase in patient and provider satisfaction scores within the first year.
An expert in working with leaders in highly technical fields, Cara transitioned her experience working with doctors into a successful tenure coaching engineering leaders at Tableau Software and executives at Salesforce. During her time in tech, Cara learned she is most successful when she works with clients in longer-term engagements that allow her to pull from coaching and consulting modalities to accelerate business results and team dynamics. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person, she has a special affinity for leaders whose brains work in unique ways.
Cara lives on a blueberry farm in Poulsbo, Washington with her husband. When she's not working, you can find her exploring mountain bike trails, taking on every game in the NYT Games app, touring on motorcycles, or working on her homestead (in perpetual need of renovation).
