Prior to her coaching career, Melissa led large-scale transformation initiatives for global organizations. As the Global Leader of Experience Services at Salesforce, she scaled a global organization of consultants and strategists to support Fortune 500 clients in accelerating digital adoption. Later, as a leader of digital transformation and AI strategy at LogicMonitor, she guided enterprise-wide adoption of emerging technologies. Throughout her corporate career, Melissa partnered with executives at companies including Google, Apple, Ford, and Delta Air Lines to align teams and deliver lasting business impact.

Melissa holds a BA in Political Science and French from Washington University. She splits her time between California and Utah, where she enjoys skiing, running, and paddleboarding. She cherishes spending time outdoors with her husband, their two daughters, and their Goldendoodle, Shark.
