Leaders empower teams through the community they create in their organizations. But, to continue leading their teams in the most impactful way possible, leaders must find a community that empowers them as well. That, in part, is where the Workplace Forward Podcast was born.
It also came as a way to satisfy my natural curiosity about leadership. Let’s be honest, being a leader has never been more difficult, risky, ambiguous, or more rewarding than it is today. Through these podcast interviews, I unearth lessons senior leaders can share with each other. I want to empower leaders to ask themselves the hard questions and discover solutions that can make an impact on themselves, their teams, and their organizations. These discussions also examine what great senior leaders have in common with each other and determine how that might relate to a recipe for excellence in senior leadership.
